Steve Jenson

Steve Jenson (aka stevej) likes lift because it does lots of smart things and, thankfully, already existed when he looked for a Scala web framework. Steve enjoys Scala because it mixes objects and functions in a way that creates fewer constraints and less lines of code. Plus No Monads. Steve is also into distributed computing, programming language theory, and talking in the third person.

Steve can be found in San Francisco, having coffee and programming. He also enjoys lifting weights, watching football, and thinking about thai boxing again. Really, he swears he'll get back to it.
